Monty Holding and its affiliates had an (ISO) training session




As part of their continuous effort to improve and reach higher levels of international standards and accreditations, Monty Holding and its affiliates, had a training session with ISO consultant Dr. Rami Chidiac, as an introduction to the implementation of QMS (Quality Management System) in all of the organizations.

The training focused on the eight most important quality management principles (Customer Focus, Leadership, Involvement of people, System approach to management, Continuous Improvement, Factual approach to decision making and Mutual beneficial supplier relationship). The team’s enthusiasm and eagerness to acquire the ISO- 9000 accreditation led to a high level of interaction during the session, shining the light on several issues and professional opinions that the team wished to discuss.

The team showed full involvement in the implementation process that will increase the company’s customer’s satisfaction and ensure more reliable and higher quality services. At the end of the session, all employees that participated in the training wrote a brief summary about their professional opinion and were presented to Dr. Chidiac.
